 Afghan Chicken Karahi



Ingredients

  1. Chicken 500 grams.
  2. Desi ghee half cup.
  3. Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoons.
  4. Tomato 4 pieces of paste.
  5. Green chillies 6 pieces without seeds.
  6. Hot spices half tea.
  7. Salt 1 tea.
  8. Black pepper half tea.
  9. Oil chicken fry.
  10. Yogurt 3 tablespoons.

Method

Take a pan, heat oil in it, add chicken and fry it. In the frying pan, cut tomatoes, add a little water to it and boil it. Then take a pan, add desi ghee in it, add fried chicken, grind tomatoes in it and add hot spices, black pepper, salt and green chillies and fry well. When it is done, add 3 tablespoons of yogurt and let it cook for another minute and then serve. Finally, garnish with coriander leaves.
