Afghan Chicken Karahi
Ingredients
- Chicken 500 grams.
- Desi ghee half cup.
- Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoons.
- Tomato 4 pieces of paste.
- Green chillies 6 pieces without seeds.
- Hot spices half tea.
- Salt 1 tea.
- Black pepper half tea.
- Oil chicken fry.
- Yogurt 3 tablespoons.
Method
Take a pan, heat oil in it, add chicken and fry it. In the frying pan, cut tomatoes, add a little water to it and boil it. Then take a pan, add desi ghee in it, add fried chicken, grind tomatoes in it and add hot spices, black pepper, salt and green chillies and fry well. When it is done, add 3 tablespoons of yogurt and let it cook for another minute and then serve. Finally, garnish with coriander leaves.
