Rawalkot (Correspondent) In the second phase of local elections in Pakistan-administered Jammu and Kashmir, polling will be held in 4 districts of Poonch division on December 3. 1009160 voters will exercise their right to vote.
11 socialist candidates, including 2 women, are also in the fray in Rawalkot, the capital of Poonch division and considered a stronghold of progressive politics. A unique election campaign is being conducted in the three constituencies and municipal corporation of Rawalkot based on the socialist programme.
