Winter vacation, Islamabad High Court roster from 26 to 30 December released
Islamabad High Court has released the roster from December 26 to December 30, 3 judges will be on leave due to winter vacation. According to the roster, in the week starting from December 26, two divisions, five single benches will be available, for the next week, a bench consisting of Chief Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Ijaz Ishaq Khan will be available.
A two-member bench consisting of Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir will also hear the cases, Chief Justice Amir Farooq, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani and Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb will hear the cases in a single bench while Justice Sardar Ijaz Ishaq Khan. And a single bench consisting of Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir will also be available. A special division bench or a larger bench will also be available for hearing on the direction of the Chief Justice Islamabad High Court
